GRADUATION!!!!

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!!!

Today Erick graduated with his J.D and MBA from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln College of Law. 

Since Erick decided to walk at the mid-year graduation instead of waiting until May the ceremony was a lot more intimate. It was held at the law school in the Auditorium. There were only about 16 graduates walking which made it a very short intimate ceremony. All of Erick's professors were in attendance and Judge Cheryl Zwart gave the commencement address. It was wonderful. I cried through the whole thing.

I am so proud of Erick. He's worked so hard, there have been many nights where he came home long after I've gone to bed and left long before I got up. He worked for the US Attorney Westlaw and at the Law Library all while averaging 18+ credits every semester.

Here we are...(I wasn't too happy about having my picture taken, 37 weeks pregnant, I was REALLY uncomfortable, I had been crying AND I was super swollen that day!)

WE'RE DONE!!!! Next step is the Bar and then this chapter in our lives is over. What a journey this has been. Have I mentioned how proud I am? I love you Erick! Good Work Honey!
