My Peoples Day!!

Tomorrow, March 17th has always been a national holiday in the Shea household (my mother made sure we knew about our heritage and to celebrate our ancestors from the Emerald Isle). Tradition dictates that we always have green food (many of which was dyed as such) and Irish food. As Erick can attest traditions are a big deal to me. Our St. Patty's day has morphed into many different things last year I tried corned beef for the first time, this year I'm going to attempt soda bread. It is my favoritest holiday of the year and the only day when I embrace "O'Shea"
