No it's not christmas yet, and Halloween isn't my most favorite holiday. I just don't like kids getting all dressed up and begging for candy...BUT years ago, my mom found a recipe that is essentially a casserole cooked in a pumpkin. PUMPKIN DINNER. It's not the most gourmet of dinners but it's tradition and every year I count down to PUMPKIN DINNER!!! This year was no exception!
By 8:15 we only had had a couple dozen trick or treaters and a bunch of candy left...NOW WHAT! I'm not leaving this stuff around here...I'LL EAT IT ALL!! Any takers?

Well you can't just show us pictures! What's the recipe or is a secret. I'm interested to know what's in the "Pumpkin Dinner."
